Ok, so i want to refinance my house, as i have a 1st and 2nd morg. I get approx. 3-5 offers a day in the mail from various banks, mortgage companies blah blah blah. Where to start??
So i am looking through the offers as they come in, and some of these just plain make me mad. They only offer 2nd mortg. well if they would have done more research, they would know i already have one!!! ggeeeezzz.
Anyhow, it is tough to find one to go with. I guess i will just start calling and see what deal is good for me!!
